Welcome to Dill Apartments. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy a pleasant stay with us. To ensure this is possible for all guests, neighbors and residents, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

1. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Early check-in or late check-out can generally not be guaranteed. Should this be possible in individual cases, it is only available by prior arrangement and written confirmation from Dill Apartments.

2. Number of Guests

Only the persons listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.

Additional overnight guests are only allowed with prior written approval from Dill Apartments. Exceeding the agreed number of guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours and Consideration

Please be considerate of neighbors, other guests and residents at all times.

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time, noise, loud music, loud conversations, disturbing sounds and any other disturbances must be avoided.

Parties, excessive noise and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

4. No Parties or Events

Parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, events or similar gatherings are not permitted in the apartments or on the property.

In the event of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay with immediate effect. In this case, no refund of amounts already paid will be made. Additional costs incurred, particularly for cleaning, damages or third-party services, may be charged to the guest.

5. Non-Smoking Policy

All Dill Apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. If a balcony, terrace or outdoor area is available, smoking is only permitted there with doors and windows closed, unless expressly prohibited on site.

Smoke odor, contamination or damage in the apartment may result in additional cleaning or repair costs.

6. Pets

Pets are generally not permitted, unless a different written agreement has been made with Dill Apartments.

Bringing pets without permission may result in additional cleaning costs and other charges.

7. Careful Use of the Apartment

Please treat the apartment, furniture, technical devices, furnishings and all equipment with care and respect.

The apartment must be kept in an appropriate condition during your stay. Please also ensure regular ventilation and responsible use of heating, water and electricity.

When leaving the apartment, lights, stove, electrical devices and water sources must be switched off or closed.

8. Damages, Defects and Missing Items

The guest is liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by the guest, fellow travelers or visitors.

Damages, defects or missing items must be reported to Dill Apartments immediately so that a quick solution can be arranged.

Lost keys, access cards, transponders or other access devices may be replaced at the guest’s expense. If additional costs arise due to the loss, such as replacing locks or locking systems, these may also be charged to the guest.

9. Visitors

Visitors are only permitted with prior approval from Dill Apartments.

The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of their visitors and is liable for any damage or violations of the house rules caused by visitors.

Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted without prior written approval.

10. Safety

Please close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

Candles, stovetops, ovens, electrical devices or other sources of danger must not be left unattended while switched on or burning.

In the event of emergencies, damage or safety-related incidents, please inform Dill Apartments immediately or, if necessary, contact the appropriate emergency services.

11. Prohibited Activities

Any unlawful use of the apartment is strictly prohibited.

This applies in particular to drug use, drug trafficking, prostitution, commercial use without approval, criminal acts and activities that violate applicable law or public order.

In the event of such violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and inform the competent authorities.

12. Waste and Recycling

Please dispose of waste properly and use the available waste and recycling facilities.

Waste must not be left in the stairwell, in front of the apartment door, on balconies, terraces or in shared areas unless expressly provided for this purpose.

Please observe the local waste separation regulations.

13. Lost Property and Personal Belongings

Dill Apartments accepts no liability for lost, forgotten or unattended personal belongings of guests.

If personal items are found after departure, they may be returned upon request and against reimbursement of shipping costs. Items will only be stored for a reasonable period of time.

14. Shared Areas

Shared areas such as stairwells, hallways, entrance areas, parking areas or outdoor areas must be kept clean and must not be blocked by personal belongings.

Escape and rescue routes must be kept clear at all times.

15. Parking

If parking spaces are available, they may only be used as part of the booking or by prior arrangement.

Please park only in the designated areas and make sure not to block driveways, emergency routes, neighboring properties or other vehicles.

16. Before Departure

Before departure, all electronic devices must be switched off. This does not apply to devices that must remain in continuous operation, such as refrigerators, freezers or routers.

Please close all windows and doors, dispose of all waste in the designated containers and wash any used cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.

If these requirements are not complied with, additional cleaning costs may be incurred and charged to the guest.

17. Violations of the House Rules

In the event of violations of these house rules, Dill Apartments reserves the right to take the following measures in particular:

  • immediate termination of the stay without refund of amounts already paid,
  • charging of additional cleaning, repair or damage costs,
  • retention of an agreed deposit,
  • exclusion from future bookings,
  • reporting unlawful behavior to the competent authorities.
