Cancellation policy

Transparent terms and conditions for your booking. Please note the following regulations in case of cancellation.

Free cancellation

A confirmed reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date.

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

For cancellations up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date, 50% of the total contractually agreed price will be charged.

Short-notice cancellation or no-show

In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the agreed arrival date or in the event of no-show, the entire agreed booking price will be due, less any expenses saved, insofar as legally required.

How to cancel your booking

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, for example by email to info@dill-apartments.de. The date of receipt of the cancellation by Dill Apartments is decisive.

Cancellation at a glance

Up to 4 weeks before arrival → Free cancellation You can cancel your confirmed reservation free of charge.

Up to 14 days before arrival → 50% of the total price. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the contractually agreed total price will be charged.

Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show → 100% of the booking price. In case of short-notice cancellation or no-show, the entire agreed booking price is due, less any expenses saved, insofar as legally required.
